    • If the item you received is incorrect (e.g., wrong item, incorrect quantity), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • If you wish to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Refund Process
    • Returned items must be sent to the address we provide once they meet the return conditions.
    • Once we receive and confirm that the returned items are in good condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may depend on your bank or payment platform’s processing time.
  3. Return Shipping Costs
    • If the product was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
